- Have a picnic at the Mall – no not a real mall. It’s a huge park that is located near all of the historic sites.
- Visit Ford’s Theatre to see where Lincoln was assassinated .
- Stand on the steps of the Lincoln memorial and look directly at the Washington Monument. This is where Martin Luther King Jr gave his historic “I have a dream speech.”
- See a real spaceship at the National Air and Space Museum.
